"We found the educational program very beneficial. We had excellent seminar attendance with more than 50% visiting our booth to get more information. A great opportunity to make in-person contact with retailers. We will definitely be participating again." David Williams, VP Business Development, Living Naturally
Natural Products NorthWest is supported both by national suppliers from across the county and Canada and also by local and regional suppliers. New enterprises find that the NW show provides a great opportunity to develop markets. We are fortunate to have large distributors and brokers as active supporters and engaged participants in the show. Our best reference is that: our exhibitors continue to return year after year.
Products must be available for sale through a retail store. Companies with broker representation should contact us and their broker directly to be included in the broker’s booth section.

The NW show is open to ALL retailers of natural products and open to all store formats. We welcome not only independent health food stores but also chains and crossover stores. To boost attendance, we encourage non-members to attend including buyers from airlines, schools and industry-affiliated organizations.
Our attendee base has expanded, in November of 2010, the NW board of directors determined in a unanimous decision to expand the territory from five to nine states. Adding to the NW region states - Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington - will be Colorado, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming.
Washington State Convention Center, South Hall 4B adjacent to the skybridge over Pike Street.
Seattle integrates the vitality of an international port city with the natural beauty of the Evergreen State. Plan to stay an extra day to explore - culture, arts, natural beauty - all this area has to offer.
The booth size is 10’ x 10’ and includes the usual extra offerings (carpet/booth & aisle, back & side drapes, a 6 foot draped table, two chairs, wastebasket, I.D. signage, listing in the on-site program) that are standard for this premier Northwest event.
Attractive pricing is based on booth location as shown on the floorplan (2012 floorplan to be published):
E = $1390 P = $1290 A = $1190 B = $1090 C = 990
Included in the first full booth purchase is a $100 one-year regional membership in the NPA NorthWest; voting privileges require the exhibiting company to maintain an office/employee within the NW region.
To secure your preferred location, make your selection NOW as prime spaces go fast! Refer to the current floor plan to make your booth selection. In addition to stating specific booth choices, please describe your preferred location if your preferred choices are unavailable. Confirm which companies have reserved booths near your location to avoid being placed too close to competitors or non-compatible companies.
Registration for 2012 will be open after the first of the year.
For best booth selection, please complete and sign the Space Application Agreement and Exhibitor Information & Payment Schedule and return with your booth payment AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. No booth will be reserved or held without payment and receipt of documents.
Payment may be made by check or by credit card (refer to Exhibitor Information & Payment Schedule). Space not paid-in-full by the due date is subject to cancellation or reassignment at the option of the show management.
SPLIT BOOTHS - This practice is discouraged with affordable booth pricing giving you the best market exposure. When two companies share a booth, each company will pay an additional $100 above the listed booth fee. Any additional booth furnishings will be at each company’s expense.
METHOD FOR ASSIGNING SPACE - Applications are considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Booths(s) will be allocated by a point system using the postmark, quantity and types of booths purchased, sponsorships and previous participation in Natural Products Northwest. Please contact the tradeshow office to answer any questions on the criteria for priority in making booth assignments.
